If the check boxes do not show up or do not align with the questions:
If the computer you are using to take the test is running Windows 95/98/ME, you may experience this type of problem with larger tests.
This is a limitation imposed by Windows 95/98/ME. These operating having trouble with web pages that have too many "controls" (e.g., each drop-down list that contains a T/F answer is one control). This problem should not occur with Windows NT/2000/XP or Macintosh.
Before taking the test, make sure you close all other programs except the web browser.
If that does not solve the problem, Dr. Woolard may be able to reduce the number of questions on a single test by splitting the test in two or or you could use a computer that uses Windows NT/2000/XP to take the test.
I cannot log on to the Test Center using Netscape 6. The OK button after name and password seems to be "dead".
Unfortunately, ExamView Test Center does not support Netscape 6. After extensive testing, it seems that Netscape 6 has several unresolved problems with HTML and especially Javascript. They have explored several work arounds, but nothing seemed to take care of the problem.
Recommendation: Use Explorer or Netscape 4.x or Netscape 7 (The new version 7 release seems to have fixed some of the bugs.
P.S. If you explore some of the forums that cover Netscape, you will see that you are not alone in your experiences.
